HomeNetworks (“HomeNetworks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides high-speed fiber broadband and real-time network monitoring services to residential customers across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, sign up for service, or use our home internet, how we use that information, and the choices available to you. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to personal information we collect from:

Name, service address, billing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, payment card or bank account details, government-issued ID where required for identity or credit verification, and any information you submit in support requests, surveys, or chat sessions.
Service and account information. Plan selection, service activation date, equipment identifiers (such as router MAC address and serial number), service appointment details, and customer support history.
Network and usage information. As part of operating a fiber broadband network and our real-time monitoring features, we automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses assigned to your equipment, connection speed and uptime metrics, bandwidth usage volumes, signal quality, device counts on your local network, and diagnostic logs. We do not sell the contents of your communications or web browsing history.
Website and device information. Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Location information. Your service address and, where applicable, the approximate location of your installation for provisioning, regulatory compliance, and 911/E911 support.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provision, activate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot your broadband service.
- Process payments, manage billing, and prevent fraud.
- Verify your identity and creditworthiness when you sign up.
- Provide customer support, including remote diagnostics and dispatching technicians.

5. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
To the extent HomeNetworks offers telecommunications services subject to Section 222 of the Communications Act, we treat Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) — such as the type, technical configuration, location, and amount of use of your service — in accordance with FCC rules. We use CPNI to provide and bill for your service and will not use it to market services outside the categories you currently subscribe to without your approval.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.

- Delete personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
